Are your products made out of real gold/silver/rhodium?
Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, or brass. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. The products are made out of highest quality materials, including a lead/nickel free Brass base and then triple ion plated in microns of 18k gold.

How should I store/ protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.
Although we provide the best gold plating possible, please understand that wearing your jewelry in salt water or chlorine water will deteriorate the plating slowly.

We also accept a split payment option called Sezzle
Sezzle allows you to split the cost of your order in 4 equal no-interest payments. We offer free USPS priority mail shipping for all orders within the United States, as well as Free International Shipping via USPS First Class International Mail.
How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing (1-2 days).
International shipping is handled via USPS First Class International and takes anywhere from 14-21 business days.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1-2 business days. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.
